Service Description
If you are looking to improve overall muscle tone, balance and overall physical and mental well-being--join us for a fun fusion of yoga and pilates -- we will incorporate elements of both practices for a balanced workout. Attendees will be encouraged to emphasize mindful movement and breath control with a focus on strength, flexibility, and relaxation. This practice will be accessible and encouraged for any fitness level--our instructors can always offer ways to support you or help you explore new edges!
