Our Haslett studio offers an array of classes for kids, babies, and mothers-to-be! A great way to spend time with your kids in a fun and healthy way, spark their interest in yoga early or connect with other moms! Check out or schedule to see when kids classes are happening. Kids yoga is unheated!

Little Yogi & Me
AGES 18 MONTHS AND UP!

Little yogi and me is a perfect way to spend some time with your child(ren). Be guided through a 45min class that will allow you to enjoy yoga with your little one though movement, story time, songs, and much more. Love, laughter and playfulness are sure to light up the room!

*parent or guardian is required to attend*

Join Yoga Connect for a 4 week series to focus on breath, movement & a healthy mobile body to support baby. All trimesters and levels of practice are welcome

Mama + Baby Buddha Yoga
PARENTS & BABIES 6 WEEKS -12 MONTHS

Connect with your new little one and the lifetime practice of yoga with Mama & Baby Buddha Yoga at Yoga Connect Haslett. Introduce mindfulness to your infant at a young age with a guided meditation, physical practice for momma (with baby) and baby yoga moves that can be used daily. Expect moments of chaos - a class full of infants, diaper changes, breastfeeding and fussiness - but also enjoy the sweet bonding moments that come with it. Prenatal strength Yoga
FOR EXPECTANT MOTHERS

With Prenatal/Postnatal Strength Trainer, Sarah Nashar As pregnant mamas, we’re so often told all of the things we “can’t” or “shouldn’t” do, but the reality is there is so much that we still can do to build strength that is not only safe, but beneficial as well. Sarah is a pre & post natal certified personal trainer committed to helping you have your strongest pregnancy possible. Not only will you get a great workout during each of our sessions, but you’ll also leave with the knowledge of how to modify as your pregnancy advances. This will give you the confidence to enter any class/workout equipped with the know how to make it work for you and your growing baby. All trimesters are welcome!
