Our mission is that every individual is seen, heard, and supported where they are. We all are encouraged to watch and observe ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally. Our studio is where we connect--a brave environment that feels like home; where diversity is embraced and supported; where together we as community of clients and staff create a shared experience of learning, growth & transformation.

I came to yoga looking for a different physical release and also a way to deal with some mental challenges I was working on after having children. As I continued to practice, and eventually take 2 trainings, my love of teaching grew. As I continued to teach, the passion to share the benefits of this practice grew. I desired to have a place where space could be held— where anyone could come and make the choice to help heal themselves.

After falling in love with the practice, I knew immediately I wanted a space where I could share the love with others. Everything aligned and I had the opportunity to open a studio in my hometown. A vision to create a space with no judgment, to include all, and evolve a true community connection, our yoga family. After having babies, my passion has grown further into offering a space for truly all bodies, starting from pregnancy, to kids yoga & beyond.

Do my classes expire?
All of our memberships are monthly recurring except the 10 class punch card. This is set to expire 6 months after the first class date.
What is the class cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within the 2 hours prior to class start time are subject to a $10 no-show fee.
Is my package valid at both locations?
If you are a member of the Connect Club or are on the two week unlimited introductory offer you are able to practice unlimited at either our Lansing or Haslett location. All other packages can only be used at home studio location
