Yin + Restorative

Service Description

Indulge in a Yin + Restorative class, delving into the profound release of tension in both body and mind. Through gently supported poses and deep relaxation, we'll unlock the fascia, nurturing flexibility and inner calm. In the Restorative portion, clients will be guided into 2-4 poses in which they will be encouraged into a savasana-like state within each pose. Blankets, bolsters, pillows, yoga blocks, & straps are used to prop the body for deep rest in each posture.
