Service Description
Our foundational practice. Each of these classes will be similar, familiar and yet challenge you to explore your practice in a slightly different way each week. Clients will create a sacred space of their own and learn to establish a strong pranayama (breath practice) that can sustain their physical (asana) practice. We will utilize Surya Namaskara A & B. We then follow with a guided series of foundational poses where clients are encouraged to use established breath to hold poses for 3-5 breaths. Embodiment of the physical and more subtle elements of yoga will be emphasized.
