Service Description
Are you interested in exploring more mindful practices, but feel unsure of how or where to begin? Do you find it challenging to slow down and allow yourself to just sit in quiet? Yoga Connect is adding a FREE, 30 minute slow-down opportunity to learn and explore! Students will be lightly guided, as you explore the benefits of getting quiet, of learning to listen to what your body and your inner wisdom is trying to tell you. The answers to your life challenges aren't "out there" ... they are already within, hidden underneath years of noise and 'busy-ness'. Our fast-paced lives often leave very little room for slowing down, yet that's exactly what our nervous systems need to be healthy. Our bodies and minds require equal parts movement and stillness to maintain homeostasis/health happiness. This class is open to all and suitable for all bodies and is FREE--what do you have to lose?
