Morning Flow An all levels flow class of a sequence of postures structured into several different flows that will be guided through several times. Starting off slow, then moving into a quicker pace. Free movement will be handed off to the student where they can stay at a pace that works for them. Give yourself freedom to move as your need to start off your day on the mat!
