New Class--Happy 5th Anniversary!!
Service Description
Our foundational practice. Each of these classes will be similar, familiar and yet challenge you to explore your practice in a slightly different way each week. Clients will create a sacred space of their own and learn to establish a strong pranayama (breath practice) that can sustain their physical (asana) practice. We will utilize Surya Namaskara A & B, as well as a guided series of foundational poses. Embodiment of the physical and more subtle elements of yoga will be emphasized.
