Service Description

A FREE community practice to support Suicide Prevention Month. Please bring a donation to NAMI Lansing if you are able. Join us for a vinyasa practice where we link our breath and movement. You are welcome to modify and adjust your practice—or intensify as you like!

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other clients, teachers and staff, please ensure you plan to attend when reserving your spot for a class. We understand conflicts arise and appreciate when you can allow ample cancellation or rescheduling time.
