A FREE community practice in appreciation of our community! Start your Thanksgiving with a vinyasa flow--bring in all that you are thankful for and start your day in grateful reflection. This vinyasa practice will encourage us to link our breath and movement, yet will be suitable for all practice levels. You are welcome to modify and adjust your practice—or intensify as you like!
