Christmas Eve Candlelight Flow

Service Description

The holidays ask a lot of our physical and mental states. Take some time to move the energy and breathe through your body. We will move through a gentle slow and steady flow, perfect for all levels of practice. Props will be available if you should choose to support yourself a bit more or if you'd like to challenge yourself throughout your practice. Surrender in toward the end of the practice and head off to enjoy the holiday with your friends and family. Grateful for you all 🙏🏼
