Service Description
This practice is meant to help you reconnect with yourself, by encouraging a mindful presence and deliberate exploration of an all levels vinyasa class intertwined with a journey upwards, from root to crown, of our chakra system. This practice will help you tap into your energy centers to acknowledge any misalignments and offer an opportunity to intentionally utilize breath, imagery, vocalization and movement techniques to re-align and leave feeling a re-balanced.
