Candlelight Aromatherapy Sweat&Surrender

Service Description

The class will start with an opportunity to move through poses and transitions, while you link the movements to your breath--based lightly off of our Foundation Flow style practice. BUT then, we mix it up and offer you the opportunity to melt into sweet surrender. Class will provide an excellent opportunity for beginning practitioners to learn our "flow" style practice and also experience a version of a restorative practice. Our instructor can also offer suggestions to intensify and bring different challenge--for all levels of yoga! We will keep the lights relatively low and add some aromatherapy elements for a sweet, special touch!
