Winter Solstice - Yin Yoga + Sound Healing

The winter solstice is the longest night of the year in the northern hemisphere, making it an ideal time to turn inward and use the practice of stillness to rest, reflect, and prepare for the coming of more light and longer days. 

Join Katy Joe, ERYT500 + certified yin yoga teacher and certified Sound Therapist Samantha Vaive  on the evening of the winter solstice for a relaxing yin and restorative practice to honor the longest night of the year with stillness, presence, and sound. Students can expect to be guided and supported through yin and restorative poses while enjoying the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes + other healing sounds.
