About the event

Join Nate Strauss and Stacey Smith for a 90-minute Wall Yin Workshop. We will start with some slower movement to get loose and then work our way into some deep yin postures with the support of the wall as well as other props. The workshop will wrap up with an opportunity for questions and discussion as well as a flow or two for you to take home to play with. Please designate on your RSVP if you will be joining in-studio or from home via Zoom.
