Valentine's Partner Yoga❤️
Experience a delightful Valentine's Day with partner yoga!
Unite with a friend or significant other in supporting each other through basic yoga postures. This practice will involve conscious breath and linking it togehter, focus, communication and a positive attitude all while having fun and chershing each other's company. The room will be specialty decorated to celebrate the holiday.
After class, a glass of wine or non alcholic beverage + a heart shaped sugar cookies will be provided!
Partner Yoga can be practiced by anyone – no previous yoga experience is necessary.
