This is for you if you:

• Appreciate a meaningful pause before stepping into a new season or quarter

• Are looking for something deeper than goal-setting or productivity culture

• Value listening inward before making big decisions or changes

You’ll spend time in guided meditation/movement, reflective journaling, and small group conversation, with time to connect over a shared meal.
