The Alignment Experience

This workshop series is designed to help you explore your own personal alignment.  Each of the four sessions will have a focus on not only some physical poses and how to adjust and align them based on your need for personal modifications and intensifications, but also at a deeper level, what this might be offering to you in other areas of your life.  

Session 1: Closed Pelvis poses, with a focus on rooting, creating foundation

Session 2: Open Pelvis poses, with a focus on reactions and emotional shifts

Session 3: Accessible Inversions, with a focus on shifting perspective

Session 4: Twists, with a focus on vision, openness to areas & views that could be considered, the unseen/unknown

Attendees can choose a pricing option for individual sessions, or a discounted ticket to attend all four!  Spaces will be limited to no more than 20 so that we can really personalize our exploration of aligning our bodies, minds and even our energy.  We want to encourage you to explore how you can make poses your own and align them for your own body--but also to seek more depth in your practice and explore where you might need to bring more awareness and attention to other areas of your life.
