About the event
Prepare for the winter season and beyond. Â There are several types of stress and our bodies are affected differently. Â Join us for this informative session with Dr. Andrea Herrst so that you can understand some of your stress responses and create a toolkit for navigation and self-regulation as we head into the holiday and winter season. Â We will also share an energy exchange meditation and a gentle, slow-flow practice geared toward self-care and the experience of pausing with your feelings and reactions. Â This course can be used for continuing education credit or for Yoga Connect's 300 hour training program. Â Program investment $30, sent via emailed invoice upon your RSVP.
