Gear Up with SpinJunkie Pop Up, Namastaceyoga & Yoga Connect Haslett for SPIN and YIN!
Join us for a 30 minute Spinning Circuit followed by a 45 minute Yin Flow.
We will set up the bikes in the barre room, and power this ride with a strong focus on the body as a whole, allowing all riders to engage in a complete body workout and ALL LEVELS of riders are welcome!
Mats and Yin props will be set up for you in the studio room. Once the ride is complete, we will transition into the other room and get our zen on.
Riders & Yogis that are just signing on are encouraged to arrive before start time.
