Welcome back!! Join Sara Franklin & Laurie Matheny back in Luther, MI from July 23rd through the 26th on our second rustic yoga retreat. We will stay in a beautifully renovated shipping container, 4 private yurts and open space for those who want to rustic camp. The space has a 5 person hot tub, outside fire ring, open trails, and farm animals. There is a shared spa inspired bathroom about 30 yards away from sleeping accommodations and the yurts have a lean to private bathroom space directly nearby for use and there are two nature inspired outdoor showers.

A nature-based creative yoga retreat featuring daily vinyasa and yin/restorative yoga. The retreat includes a watercolor workshop with a professional artist - Michelle Detering, guided hiking, horseback riding, and ample downtime for rest and creativity.

***Horseback riding experience: additional $50 paid by cash or card when we arrive at the stables

Meals will be catered by private chefs from local to Lansing restaurant, Red Haven. Water, coffee and juices will be provided. Participants are welcome and encouraged to bring their own snacks and beverages.

Our days will include group meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), meditation and movement, journaling opportunities, hiking, and plenty of time and space for reflection. Relax in the hot tub, socialize around the fire and practice living your yoga in community. Feel free to join in on any/all of the planned group opportunities or choose to meet your needs in a way that is fit to you.
