Restorative Aerial!
In this 2 hour workshop, you will experience the body restoring benefits of aerial yoga and fascial release. Accompanied by gentle massage with essential oils, inversion techniques and meditation, this is the perfect way to introduce your body to aerial yoga, clear your mind and open your heart.
This workshop is available to all ages, all levels and is particularly friendly to anyone with injury, chronic illness, or just looking to explore inversions, aerial and flexibility in a gentle and safe way.
