Pre-Holiday Energy Shift Experience

How do you want to show up through the holiday season?  Are you prepared to be present with friends, family and guests?

Set aside some time to clarify and reset yourself to head into the holidays.  We have scheduled an opportunity to check in, take some personal time and get honest with where you are now and where you are heading.  The event lands on the night of the December New Moon, so prepare to release old the old and stagnant, balance your own energy and set postitive intentions for the holidays and into 2023.

This event will feature both yin and yang (vinyasa) style practices--restorative and supportive, as well as energy moving and shifting.  Aromatherapy oils will be both diffused in the air--and each client will receive a small sample--along with some other seasonal goodies to take home!  We will have journal prompts prepared to spend some time clarifying what needs to be released and how we want to show up and move through our holidays with presence.

Upon conclusion of the studio practice and journal session, we will have social time with tea, treats and commmunity time in the studio lobby.
