Pause or Play Workshop - Part 1

"Pause or Play" 

This is an all levels clinic, where we will move through traditional poses offering options to practice the "pause" or "play". Staying in the pose will allow you to work on alignment, embody the pose and deepen the expression while observing how the body feels connected in the pose. "Play" will include more advanced options such as arm balances, inversions, binds, deeper splits, etc. 

Assists and adjustments in pose will be available. This is truly an all levels workshop where we promise to meet you where you are at in your current practice.
