Pamper Yourself Aerial is back!
We are happy to welcome back Elissa Voigt from Prerana Yoga to our Haslett studio ❤️ she used to teach for us before she moved out of state!
In this 90 minute workshop, you will experience the anti-aging and body restoring benefits of aerial and fascial release. Accompanied by gentle massage, essential oils, inversion techniques and meditation. This is the perfect way to introduce your body to aerial yoga while clearing your mind and opening your heart.
