About the event
Join Sara, Laurie and your private chef from Red Haven from July 10th through the 13th on our first rustic yoga retreat in Luther, Michigan. We will stay in a beautifully renovated shipping container, 2 private yurts and open space for those who want to rustic camp. The space has a 5 person hot tub, outside fire ring, open trails, and farm animals. There is a shared spa inspired bathroom about 30 yards away from sleeping accommodations and the yurts have a lean to private bathroom space directly nearby for use and there are two nature inspired outdoor showers.
Meals will be catered by Red Haven. Water, coffee and juices will be provided. Participants are welcome and encouraged to bring their own snacks and beverages.
Our days will include group meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), meditation and movement, journaling opportunities, hiking, and plenty of time and space for reflection. Relax in…
