New Moon Aromatherapy YinYasa

This special evening will be all about manifesting what is out there for you.  It will include time of mindfulness, journaling, special gifts, including an aromatherapy blend of essential oils from Well With Shell, and a sweet Yin Yasa practice, which has continued to become a favorite of the studio family. We have dedicated 2 hours for the entire session, but the practice will be closer to 75-90 minutes.  You can expect self-reflection time before and after the practice.  Sara Franklin and Maggie Olds will guide the practice.  Hands-on adjustments are always a special part of this particular practice, but should clients choose to request their own personal space, we will of course honor that.
