Living with Intention

Feel like you need dedicated time and a semi-structured environment to get you started on where you are heading in 2022?  This "workshop" is for you. Each attendee will receive some materials to work through personally and in small groups.  There will be some journal prompts and questions to help you define and redefine your own personal values, vision and direction.  We will have an opportunity to work with others to receive some feedback and assistance with blind spots and questions.  And of course a vision-forward yoga practice will be included in our time.  Light refreshments & beverages provided for our afternoon together.
