Little yogi and me is a perfect way to spend some time with your child(ren). Be guided through a 45min class on the mat & in the aerial swing that will allow you to enjoy yoga with your little one though movement, story time, songs, and much more. Love, laughter and playfulness are sure to light up the room! Children will use the aerial yoga hammock in various ways, including to stretch, strengthen and rest, ending in a quiet cocoon.
