Kids yoga & Mindfulness Summer Camp
That includes yoga movement, AERIAL, mindfulness activities, outdoor adventures, yoga crafts, journaling, yoga stories, and much more that will stretch & strengthen their little bodies & minds.

Price includes 2 snacks a day & lots of take homes.
** Lunch is not included, please plan to pack a cold lunch & water bottle
