About the event
Learn to balance and fly during this invigorating Arm Balancing & Inversion Workshop
These 2 hour workshops will begin with a flow to warm up the body and preparing the body for a variety of arm balances and inversions. This will be a fun, lighthearted, and a educational workshop where various postures, a focus on strength, alignment, and modifications will be explored to help you expand your practice even beyond this workshop. Look forward to feeling the power of balancing, inverting, and choosing to see the world from a new perspective!
