INTRODUCTION TO TEACHING AERIAL YOGA

(YC 300 HR YTT --- $300)
This 10 hour immersion training allows practitioners to experience the spirit and science of aerial yoga. Learn how the application of a fabric sling can elevate your understanding of posture biomechanics, movement principles, chakras and the yamas and niyamas. Completion of this training counts toward your aerial yoga teacher training program credentials (coming to haslett yoga connect this summer) and counts toward Yoga Connect 300 training program.
