Yoga is rooted in rich traditions from Eastern culture. Practices like Yin & Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra provide a chance to delve into Eastern philosophy, connecting our physical body with our more subtle body and breath. Immerse yourself in an experiential training—a deep dive into Yin and Restorative Yoga.

This 2 day course will provide you the opportunity to develop a better understanding of the practices of both Yin and Restorative yoga.  While the terms are often used somewhat interchangeably, the practices are designed with different intentions.  Join us on a journey of learning more about these ancient traditions.  Learn about and experience how they differ, what similarities you might find and how you might incorporate both into your teaching and lifestyle. This course is open to anyone looking to expand their personal yoga journey, but also would be a compliment to any current yoga teacher's education journey.
