This all levels series will give space to identify sensations in body, breath and mind. There will be options to move slow or fast, with vigor or gentleness, to turn inward or outward. music will ebb and flow between quiet and loud, heat will begin off and then build to a mild temp. In addition to an asana practice, intention setting, breathwork, journaling and active listening are components of the series. If you are a person that enjoys digging deeper into your truth, or learning reflection tools to nurture authenticity while connecting with others in a compassionate manner this series is for you.

*As a supplement to this series individuals signed up for the whole session will have the opportunity to do a private body integration session with Erin

To gain a deeper understanding of how your physiological being, brain, and heart communicate with one another.Breathwork, yoga postures, dialogue, and hands on adjustments guide the practice.
