Chakra Immersive Experience -- New Energy

In physics, energy is the quantitative property that is transferred to a body or to a physical system, recognizable in the performance of work and in the form of heat and light.  The chakras are considered to be seven main points or energy centers within each human body. This course will provide a shared experience in energy--how it is within us, how it surrounds us and how we use it to interact with the world around us.  

Attendees will be provided with information on each of the subtle energy centers , corresponding organ systems and pathways of energy movement within us.  The information, paired with several experiences, tools, elements and techniques will provide each of us with the opportunity to practice balancing and aligning ourselves with the energy around us.  Mindfulness, sound healing, pranayama and yoga postures focused on aligning our overall energy and well-being will be included throughout…
