Foundation of Vinyasa Yoga Sequencing for Teachers

led by Kelly Gallagher, RYT500  & Samantha Corbit, ERYT 500

Yoga Connect sequencing workshop witll give you the tools to elevate & transform your foundational sequencing and cuing skills. Find your voice as a teacher by learning intentional, inutive cues along with a class sequence structure to build fluidity. This course will provide you with worksheets, lectures, practice time on & off the mat work. Following the weekend training, small group work & one on one time with lead instructors will be provided. 

20 CE Hours towards Yoga Alliance
