Breathwork for Reflection

December is our month of completion and reflection. What we are experiencing now is a a metamorphosis; a caterpillar must transform into and then fight its way out of the cocoon before having the ability to fly. This month, we are the caterpillar in the cocoon; next month, we will be the butterfly.

Join us on December 22 at 6pm for a transformative Breathwork journey. We will reflect on 2023 to see how we have grown and breathe what we are still needing to release that no longer serves us to allow for complete rejuvenation.
