Breathwork Detox: Generate Clarity

JoJo Campos will share and hold a space for you to transform and develop a sense of clarity as you begin 2022.  She will guide you through a deep soul-cleansing breathing technique that will allow you to release stress, trauma, anxiety, and so much more.  Breathwork Detox is proven to help support a healthy immune system, reduce inflammation in the body, and combat depression. many people feel an overall sense of wellbeing, clarity, and healing after one session.

We have set aside 2 hours for this special session, but that also includes some time for personal reflection and integration afterward.  You may feel led to journal or ask questions about your experience, so this will allow us to have some time for those important elements.
