Ayurveda is an ancient practice and study that can offer much insight on both our energy, health and how to balance effectively with the world around us.
Join us for a 2 day course in the study, traditions and some of the experiences of this modality of prevention of dis-ease. Gain an understanding of one of the sister sciences to yoga and learn how you can utilize it personally and with others.
