April is for Arm Balances!
Join Mindy Medrano & Samantha Corbit for a two hour workshop to explore the world of arm balances and tap into the power of gravity! Explore proper alignment to prepare yourself for working towards different arm balances.
What to expect:
- tips and techniques (drills) on how to build the strength and balance to achieve arm balances and inversions
- learn how to transition in and out of postures
- when & where to add inversions into current yoga practice
Variations will be explored to strengthen the body, alignment and build confidence in your practice.
