Service Description
This practice is designed for those of you who like to mix up your yoga routine--but want to ensure you're sweating, getting your heart rate going, sculpting and strengthening! The practice will have a rotating instructor, who will provide a little variety to the fitness portions of practice--you will most likely move through versions of mat Pilates, HIIT or core work. For some mornings we might use some small hand weights or bands for resistance and strength training. And we will always ensure we are connecting mindfully back to our breathing and taking the time for reflective yoga sequences and movement.
