What is YoMassage?
Picture this: While you are laying down in the most comfortable and cozy, restorative yoga stretch, you are guided through a meditation that takes you even deeper into the relaxation experience. While you are relaxing and meditating, your Yomassage Practitioner, Jennifer Zeiss, comes around and provides head to toe therapeutic touch.
About Jennifer:
“I am hoping that my love for yoga and my passion for massage therapy can combine in YoMassage to help people understand the importance of self care and it’s influence on their overall health.”
Jennifer is a RYT-200, Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Reflexologist. She has spent the majority of her career at Douglas J Salon and MedSpa in Okemos, marking 14 years this January. Her enthusiasm about education has given her the opportunity to lead new massage therapists in their journey and guide the MSU nursing students in learning about self care and mindfulness.
