As teachers, we need to constantly monitor and reevaluate our role within our classes.  Develop an understanding about how the layers of a yoga class can be monitored, adjusted and delivered more effectively. Learn how to balance the layers and roles of teacher; this includes your attendee's breathing, the music, the theme and the asana sequences to formulate a more structured practice. We will include demonstrations, physical yoga practice, and small group experiences with other teachers.  We will discuss and practice sequencing around a theme and building sequences toward a pivotal pose & an understanding of the basic principles of sequencing. 

This course is recommended for yoga and fitness instructors.
