Pause or Play Workshop - Holiday Edition!

"Pause or Play" 

This is an all levels clinic, where we will move through traditional poses offering options to practice the "pause" or "play". Staying in the pose will allow you to work on alignment, embody the pose and deepen the expression while observing how the body feels connected in the pose. "Play" will include other options such as arm balances, inversions, binds, or experimenting with props or using the wall!
