Dropping In... An Immersive Experience in Yin+Restorative Yoga

Drop into yourself and into an experiential training--an immersive experience in Yin and Restorative Yoga.

This 2 day course will provide you the opportunity to develop a better understanding of the practices of both Yin and Restorative yoga.  While the terms are often used somewhat interchangeably, the practices are designed with different intentions.  Join us on a journey of learning more about these ancient traditions.  Learn about and experience how they differ, what similarities you might find and how you might incorporate both into your teaching and lifestyle.

Meeting Dates/Times:

Saturday 3/9:  11am-5pm (light nutritious meal and breaks included)

Sunday 3/10: 11am-4pm

Day 1 will focus on providing an introduction to the history and origin of both of these practices.  We will touch on concepts from both Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as the Meridian systems/channels of energy, as we jump into the Yin Yoga practices.  Attendees can expect plenty…
