Pre-Thanksgiving YinYasaBlend

Service Description

A special pre-cursor to your Thanksgiving Day feast! Join us for a lengthened class with all of the practices to melt you in!! We will start with lots of props and restoration for our joints with a Yin portion of class. The practice will progress from some slower warm up movements into our traditional Hot Vinyasa style flow and ease back into some long holds with a slower, yet powerful close. The practice will wind down with a gentle cool down and sweet savasana before you head out for your weekend of family, thanks and fun!!
