Service Description

Begin the evening with a brief information session and learning experience with Dr. Andrea Herrst, DC. She will walk us through some details about the importance of our hip health and function. We will be able to answer questions about personal experiences, injuries and considerations. Maggie Olds, E-RYT500 will then move us through a yoga practice centered around the information and offer options for you to adjust for your body's needs.
