Service Description
Join Preety on the morning of Christmas Eve for a time of sweat and surrender. The holidays ask a lot of our physical and mental states. Take some time to move the energy and breathe through your body, and then set yourself up with the assistance and support of our yoga props so that you can allow your body and mind to surrender. If you have your own favorite props, please bring them with you--but don't worry if you do not--we have what you will need! Tune in and see the inner spark, so that you can shine the light of the season back outward.
