Service Description

This workshop series is designed to help you explore your own personal alignment. Each of the four sessions will have a focus on not only some physical poses and how to adjust and align them based on your need for personal modifications and intensifications, but also at a deeper level, what this might be offering to you in other areas of your life. There will be a total of 4 sessions and you do receive a discount if you plan to attend all four. See our Events page for more details!!!
